Microsoft Excel शु छे ?

Microsoft Excel ए एक स्प्रेडशीट प्रोग्राम  (spreadsheet program) छे तेनो उपयोग टेबल (कोथा) बनाववा माटे, कठिन गाणितिक प्रक्रियाओ करवा माटे, कोई कंपनी के कचेरीओना बजेट बनाववा तथा हिसाबो राखवा माटे थाय छे Microsoft excelनी एक workbook ए घणी बधी worksheet मणीने बनेली होय छे जयारे आपणे Microsoft excel मा नवी फाइल ओपन करीए त्यारे sheet1, sheet2 अने sheet3 एम कुल 3 शीट जोवा मणे छे जेने वधारी के धटाडी शकाय छे Microsoft excel spreadsheet ए Rows अने Columnनी बनेली होय छे ABCDEFG…. विगेरे उभी हरोलने कोलम कहेवामा आवे छे तथा 123456789….. विगेरे आडी हरोलने रो कहेवामा आवे छे Microsoft excelनी एक वरकशीट मा आवी कुल 16384 Column तथा 1048576 Rows आवेली होय छे.

Microsoft Excel चालू कई रीते करवु  ?

Microsoft Excel चालू करवा माटे निचे आपेला स्टेपनु अनुसरण करो.

1. सौप्रथम start menu पर क्लिक करो.

2. all programs पर क्लिक करो.

3. तेमा Microsoft Office पर जाओ

4. हवे Microsoft Excel पर क्लिक करो.

  1. Microsoft Excelमा फाइल सेव करवा माटे सौप्रथम ऑफिस बटन पर क्लिक करो जेनी पासे 2007 पहेलानु एमएस ऑफिसनो वर्जन होय तेमणे फाइल बटन (File Button) पर क्लिक करवु

  2. त्यारबाद सेव बटन पर क्लिक करो

  3. अपना कंप्यूटरमा जे स्थान पर फाइल सेव करवी  होय ते ड्राइव के फोल्डर पसंद करो

  4. फाइलनु  नाम आपो

  5. Save पर क्लिक करो
