The forest department of the state government has developed an eco-tourism camp site at Kevdi village in Mandvi taluka of Surat district. Kevdi is located at a distance of 85 km from Surat and only 20 km from Mandvi. Kevadi feels like it is the abode of nature itself.
Situated amidst beautiful hills and forests, this tourist spot captivates the mind as soon as you go. Tourists from far and wide come here to roam. The experience of nature and peace here will make you feel so good that you will forget all other worries or tensions and experience a different world.
The best time to go to Kevadi is after monsoon and winter. The eco-tourism campsite also offers Dome House, Tent House, Reception Center, Restaurant, Trekking Trails, Bird Watch Point, Sunset Point, Traditional and Pure Food, Campfire, Nature Education Center and bicycles for hiking.

Kevdi Campsite is open all day. But it was currently closed due to the Corona epidemic, which reopened on October 16, 2021. So tourists are now again visiting this place of natural beauty. It is desirable that tourists themselves take the necessary precautions to maintain social distance.
Kevdi Eco Tourism Campsite is located at a distance of only 85 km from Surat so you can take your own car there. If you want to take the whole family with you, you can easily go with a mini traveler. This one day picnic is sure to give you a little change from routine life.
No permission is required to visit. But for overnight stay contact no. It is necessary to make a booking by calling Mo.82382 60600. During the visit, tourists are required to follow the government’s guidelines against the Koro epidemic.

- Going further, you will come to Fedaria Crossing, turn right from there and go straight for 8 km.
